Refurbishment of the Martinon Factory
Refurbishment, structural consolidation and change of use of the Martinon Factory to house a school and offices for the APIP-ACAM Foundation in the Raval neighbourhood.
The open, uninterrupted character of the former factory spaces is enhanced. The old inner courtyard of the block is partly recovered to bring light and ventilation to the ground floor, while all the original façade openings are reopened. The new vertical circulation cores are placed with minimal impact.
