Demolition of a building, new external access to a multi-family residential building and landscaping of public space in the Singuerlín neighbourhood.
The new alignments of the street frontage are restored, while a new public meeting space is created on the corner by retaining the ground with a concrete wall. The concrete block enclosure defines the new access to the property through an outdoor lobby and staircase, as well as the public bench and planters. Street furniture and planting complete the space.
